1. Who we are

HANGA print shop, [address], KvK [____], BTW [____], hello@hanga.shop. These terms apply to every order on this website.

2. Prices & payment

All prices are in euros and include 21% Dutch VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. You pay up front via Mollie (iDEAL, Apple Pay, Klarna or card). During launch we send a payment link by e-mail; we only print once your order is paid.

3. Printing & delivery

Every print is made to order by our print partner. We aim to print within 2 working days (framed: 3–5) and deliver within 30 days at the latest. If we can’t, you may cancel and get a full refund.

4. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days after delivery to cancel without giving a reason. Return the print within 14 days after that. We refund the price and the original shipping cost within 14 days; return shipping is paid by you.

5. Custom posters

Custom posters are made to your specifications, so the right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 6:230p BW). You approve the sketch and the Japanese text before we print.

6. Damage, defects & guarantee

Report damage or a wrong print within 48 hours with a photo; we reprint it for free. Your statutory rights (conformity) always apply.

7. AI-made artwork

Our designs are drawn with AI and chosen, edited and lettered by us. You buy a print for personal use; no reselling or reproducing.

8. Complaints & disputes

Mail hello@hanga.shop; we reply within 1 working day and aim to solve it within 14 days. Dutch law applies. You can also use the EU ODR platform.
